A consultation is the best way for us to get an understanding of your case and to properly advise you on the options of how to proceed. You can never lose anything by getting more informed in a consultation; however, you could lose a lot by the lack or delay in information you get.

Walk-in consultations/Same day consultations

We do not accept walk-in consultations and ask that you please call or email to schedule any visit to the office. If you have an emergency situation we might be able to schedule you the same day. Please inform the receptionist of your upcoming court hearing or foreclosure date.

Consultation Hours

Consultations are held Monday –Thursday;10:00am–6:00pm.

If you are unable to attend our hours Friday and/or Saturday consultations are possible subject to attorney availability.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you notify our office as soon as you determine you will not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. If you are unable to cancel prior to a 24-hour before your appointment we will reschedule your appointment but will have to charge a $50 late rescheduling fee. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding our consultations.
